This policy explains what information Packrell Labs Inc. ("Packrell", "we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Packrell Labs Inc. is a Florida corporation.
What this policy covers
This policy covers packrell.com and any messages you send us. It does not cover data we process for our customers through our in-store technology and dashboard. That data is handled under our agreements with each customer. A short summary of how that technology works is included below.
Information we collect
When you contact us. If you email or call us, we receive your name, your email address or phone number, and anything you choose to tell us.
When you visit the site. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. We use this only to run and secure the site.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising networks, social media pixels, or tracking cookies. See our cookie notice.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only:

Our in-store technology
For customers, Packrell installs cameras in stores that work as sensors. They are not facial-recognition technology: they work much like standard security cameras, and they do not recognize faces or identify individuals. Nobody at Packrell has access to live camera footage remotely. Video is processed and stored locally inside the store. Only aggregated data is sent to Packrell servers for analysis. How long we keep information
We keep emails and contact details for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain normal business records. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider and then deleted.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them as required.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not track visitors across sites or sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. We treat these browser signals as a confirmation of that.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
