01Who we are
Packrell, Inc. ("Packrell," "we," "us") is a data analytics and technology company based in Winter Park, Florida. This policy covers:
- Our website, including any page that links to this policy (the "Site").
- Our service: the sensors, software, dashboards, and related services we provide to businesses (our "Clients") to measure foot traffic and sales patterns (the "Service").

02Information you give us
When you request a walkthrough, contact us, or become a Client, you may give us:
- Your name, business name, business type, and city
- Your email address and, if you choose, your phone number
- Anything you write in a message to us
- For Clients: billing details and business information needed to provide the Service, such as sales data you choose to connect
Our contact form does not send information to our servers. It opens a pre-filled email in your own mail app, and we receive it only if you send it.
03Information collected automatically on the Site
This Site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and it does not set cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
Like any website, the servers that host the Site may automatically log basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time, for security and to keep the Site running. The Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address. Google's use of that information is covered by Google's Privacy Policy.
04Information from sensors at Client locations
Packrell provides, installs, and manages sensors at our Clients' locations. They are designed to be anonymous:
- No facial recognition. Our systems detect that a person is present, never who they are. We do not create or use face geometry, biometric identifiers, or biometric information.
- Processed on-site. Video is analyzed on a device inside the Client's building. Only anonymous results leave it, such as visitor counts, the zones people spend time in, dwell times, and heatmaps.
- No footage stored or sold. We do not keep video, and we never sell Client data or data about our Clients' customers.
- No individual profiles. We do not attempt to identify, re-identify, or track any individual person, and we do not combine sensor data with other information to do so.
- Clear signage. We help Clients tell their customers plainly that anonymous traffic counting is in use.
Because the data that leaves a Client's location is anonymous and aggregated, it is not designed to identify you. If you have questions about a specific location, you can contact that business or contact us directly.
05How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your requests and schedule walkthroughs
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including dashboards, reports, and recommendations for Clients
- Communicate with Clients about their accounts and the Service
- Keep the Site and Service secure and prevent misuse
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
We may use anonymous, aggregated data to improve our models and Service. We will not use it to identify any person.
07How long we keep information
We keep contact and Client information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide the Service, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and then delete it. Video is not stored. Anonymous analytics are kept for as long as the Client's agreement provides, and may be kept longer in aggregated form that cannot be linked to any Client or person.
08Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including processing video on-site so it never leaves the building. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
09Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about how it is used, by emailing hello@packrell.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You can also opt out of marketing emails at any time by replying to let us know.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will honor those rights where they apply, and we will not discriminate against you for using them.
10Children's privacy
The Site and Service are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our Service grows. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and if the changes are significant, we will let Clients know directly.
